I can help guide you. I offer goal-directed psychotherapy and hypnotherapy in a compassionate choice-supportive environment for individuals and couples. Leave depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and relationship conflict in the past. Find solutions to the patterns that are controlling your life and happiness.

Choosing a Psychotherapist

Choosing a therapist is an important—and sometimes difficult—decision you can make for yourself. You want to find someone who is caring, knowledgeable, and accessible. Someone willing to take the time to really listen to you and treat you as a person, not just as a patient or a set of disorders.

In my practice, I pride myself on the level of excellent service that I provide my clients. I offer twenty-three years of professional experience coupled with advanced training in hypnotherapy; you can rest assured that the treatment you receive will be empathic, supportive, and carefully tailored to match your needs.

I am pleased to announce that I am now accepting clients for the treatment of IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), using the Hypnotic Protocol developed by Olafur Palsson PsyD. Dr Palsson has been researching bowel disorders since 1991, and first began to publish his research regarding the use of hypnosis for bowel disorders in 1997. This approach—the North Carolina Protocol—has been through extensive research and practical testing, and has been shown to be effective in 80% of all IBS sufferers. The Protocol results in an average of 50% reduction of physical symptoms, and 70% or better reduction of emotional distress; my own experience using this technique has shown the same results as Dr Palsson’s research.
